Last weekend brought two days of sun and temperatures in the mid-fifties. It felt good to be outside and taking in the warm sun, even if for a few short hours. We managed to get all the mulch down on the new beds in the front yard. This weekend, I planted some poppy flower seeds which I look forward to seeing in June.

Next month, I will turn under the cover crop of red clover in the front area of the yard and we'll plant two trees near the street.
Oh wow - it looks beautiful! I can't believe how green it is! (we are all white rfn) All the hard work is paying off! Soul patch looking pretty inviting!
