Well, this is interesting... not! I have no news to report, except that the seller did not accept our request to pay for digging up the underground oil tank in the yard. Hmmph, oh well we want to move forward anyway.
The rest of this evening will be dedicated to finishing off our request for bids on the bathroom, etc. then tomorrow will be calling around to various general contractors to solicit bids. We have little idea of what we are doing, and are taking all of our instructions from about 17 library books scattered across the living room floor!
P.S. We have kept the TV in the living room from after your [family] visit; it's helping us to acclimate to not having a separate TV room!
